Documenting compliance with OSHA’s worker exposure limits generally requires initial exposure assessment and re-evaluation after process or site changes that could affect worker exposures. EA Group works with plant engineering and HSE staff to:
– Evaluate processes
– Identify potential exposures
– Select appropriate methods
– Execute the exposure assessment plan.
Our hygienists have evaluated a broad range of potential exposure issues, including asbestos, silica, lead and other heavy metals, organic solvents and compounds, noise exposures, welding fumes and various specialty compounds. We work with construction firms to assess work site exposure issues and with plant personnel at manufacturing sites. Many of the analytical procedures are performed in our own AIHA-LAP, LLC #100878 accredited laboratory.
