In order to comply with EPA, OSHA and Health Department regulations, a pre-demolition or pre-renovation asbestos survey is generally required, even for newer buildings. Our certified asbestos inspectors will review construction or demolition plans, identify and sample suspect materials and produce a detailed asbestos survey report. The sample analysis can be completed in our NVLAP #101019-0 and AIHA-LAP, LLC #100878 accredited laboratory. The survey report summarizes all of the suspect materials, their asbestos content, location, material type, regulatory status, estimated quantity and estimated removal cost.
